• Letting Fee: Equivalent to the first month’s rent
• Land Registry Charge: £35.00
• Tenancy Renewals: £300.00 per renewal
• Property Inventory: £150.00 – £560.00 (dependent on property size)
• My Deposits Registration Charges: £50.00
